Purchases of paid LEDLITY calculation packages are processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Paddle processes personal and transaction data required to provide its checkout, payment, billing, invoicing, tax, fraud-prevention, and order-support services.

Paddle may share relevant buyer and transaction information with ESTA where necessary for purposes such as product fulfilment, order processing, fraud prevention, and product support.

For relevant personal data processed in connection with the Paddle relationship, Paddle and ESTA may each act as independent data controllers for their respective processing activities.

Payment card details and other payment credentials entered during Paddle checkout are processed through Paddle and its authorized payment providers. LEDLITY does not require access to your full card number in order to credit purchased calculations to your account.

Paddle’s own processing of personal data is governed by Paddle’s applicable privacy notice and buyer terms.

We will not use personal data received from Paddle for unrelated marketing merely because you purchased a LEDLITY product.
